Sausage and Egg Casserole (i.e., JJ's Egg Bake)

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. bulk sausage
- 12 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp dry mustard
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- In a skillet brown and crumble sausage. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and mustard.
- Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage.
- Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
