Mrs. Trochinski – Recipe Collector and Creator
Grandma Trochinski was known for her recipes, which she readily shared with friends and family. She also turned her culinary skills into a nice little business, submitting them in a variety of contests with great success.
When it appeared that her Honey Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie recipe (above) had been plagiarized, her son Herman Cramer came to her defense.
