6 hard-boiled eggs**
2 cans tuna, canned, drained (6 oz each)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded <<< Don't forget the cheese!!
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
8 kaiser roll, split
In a bowl, combine eggs and tuna. Add the cheese, green pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in the mayonnaise. Spoon about 1/2 cup onto each roll; wrap individually in heavy-duty foil. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Servings: 8
**Tip for hard-boiled eggs: Place eggs in muffin tin so they don't roll around and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then immediately place in an ice bath for at least 10 minutes. They are very easy to peel!
